Cyrus is a radicalized domestic terrorist who is trying to kill innocent citizens. FBI agent Stanford (portrayed by Seyed) has finally caught up to Cyrus and is trying to de-escalate the situation without triggering Cyrus to kill him- while also finding the location of the detonators in order to stop him from killing innocent people
